Inclusive participation with E-platforms

E-democracy platforms can foster inclusive participation and improve deliberation. Their ability to do so is reflected in how well their design aligns with local government's strategies and history of a participatory culture. Using cases of different municipal instances of Decidim differences in inclusion/exclusion arise from how the cities implemented Decidim in relation to local networks and socioeconomic conditions.
