INSPIRE is a collaborative research project exploring how democratic innovations can be reimagined to work for everyone especially those historically excluded from political decision-making. Through six pilot projects in Portugal, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, and Ireland, we’re testing new, intersectional models of participation that are creative, context-aware, and transformative.
This Blog is a space where we, the young people from Inspire, as well our friends from the Young Combined Authority and other youth groups in the region can share:
our ideas on how to better access for young people to work experience in the West Midlands;
our experience of placements and looking for work;
what it is like to take part in a project like Inspire and how we can strengthen participation of young people in policy decisions
and much more!
