    The PAP division will submit the proposal to the TML, with its own plan currently being implemented. The proposal will also be relevant to the update of the Lisbon Pedestrian Accessibility Plan (PAP).

    Integration into TML plan

    TML indicated that the proposal could be integrated into its Accessibility and Transport Plan for Persons with Disabilities in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, currently under implementation. Reference was also made to the “WayFinding” pilot project at Gare do Oriente, aimed at improving accessibility for blind and low-vision passengers in intermodal transport environments, beyond reporting several gaps in public transport accessibility.
